Completely blocked drain, believe ghat they have been in the village unblocking drains. Not sure how this one was missed as its in front of the entrance to the church centre and cars wouldnt park in front of entrance.

This car was given a 2 week notice which was up today at 12 noon. It is still there, still no tax or mot and still 2 flat tyres. If it has been claimed why is it not taxd and motd as its on council property and those are the rules for every1 else?
