Trees flanking Peartwater Road obstruction, debris and flooding., 8th December
There are a row of trees flanking the road to the right as you go into Peartwater Road. These used to be maintained and were just a hedge but have now become enormous. Regularly branches break off into the road and the leaves and debris in the seasonal fall block all the drains causing severe flooding at the top of the road at the junction. Cars park along this road and regularly are hit by branches. This also narrows the road at this point making collisions with parked cars and obscures the view of oncoming traffic. Children walk home along this road from school and an accident is unfortunately only a matter of time. This is a residential area but tractors and large machinery use this road regularly as we are a rural village and large parts of trees smashed into the road is a weekly occurrence. These large overhanging trees need to be reduced again to a manageable level before the inevitable happens.

Roadside Gully Drains are all Full, 17th November
Roadside gully drains are all full and not draining away causing road floods every time it rains. I have put location for one of them, but all within 50m radius are the same.

Highway culvert blocked, 16th November
The blocked culvert is causing the water to back up on the upstream side which forces it to flood over the road, where it ponds and causes a traffic and pedestrian hazard. This is on Barford Road, near Barford Farm at grid reference ST 23288 36615.

Lack of road surface, 7th July
Due to the severe flooding issue in Spring of 2023 (which has now been resolved) the road surface has completely disintegrated. There is no tarmac and many pothole and ruts along the road to Enmore church from the main Enmore Road.

Noisy drain cover waking people at night, 30th November
Terrible noise every time a car drives over the drain cover in the road at junction of Bush Road and Peartwater Road. The noise is a constant nuisance due to parked cars forcing traffic out onto the drains when passing, the drain cover needs fixing as it is now waking people/children at night.

Property boundary timber fence protruding into road. the fence railing is broken and a section is protruding in to road (about 4-6") on the inside of a bend. Soon or later a vehicle is likely to hit it when there is on coming traffic.
