Blocked road drain causing flooding & subsidence, 15th August
The drainage for the old Redberth road is unable to cope with the surface run off water from the A477 & is causing severe water logging to the adjacent land either side of the watercourse. Furthermore fly tipping & lack of maintainance to the common land & failure to clear brush is causing issues. The drainage pipe for the A477 a large 3’ pipe which is then channeled to a 10” pipe which passes beneath the road is raising concerns as the supporting structure looks to be unsafe. This has been reported to the local authority on several occasions over a year ago yet nothing has been done. The damage to the fields is considerable and is affecting my ability to farm & use the land
