Hello, there are many potholes on the road U5311 Cwrtnewydd from SA409YJ to SA409YS which are getting deeper, are hard to avoid and are rough on the car tyres. I would be grateful if they could be repaired as soon as possible. Thank you.

Massive ruts in road, 8th June

My engineers report shows vibrations from the road outside is the cause for my house to crack up. This has been going on for 3 years yet the council refuse to help although our small village pay over £170,000 a year in council tax, the road is so bad loads from passing vehicles have been lost and also mechanical damage caused to some of them. It's like living in a thunderstorm.

Crumbling road, 5th July

This road has been reported many times since the beginning of the winter last year, the ground is falling away so you can see the underside of the tarmac from below, the council have put bollards at the side but the road is very narrow just there so it is impossible to keep away from the undermined bit. the problem is exacerbated by the way too large lorries with enormous trailers that take straw and hay up this totally unsuitable very narrow road and often get stuck and cause a great deal of inconvenience for the residents. the school bus uses this road twice a day we are all very worried that one day it will go over the edge like one of the council lorries did last year
