Certain individuals -including this car seen in pic - continually park over my driveway causing issues when my mother needs to access a taxi in her wheelchair. If they can't partially park across the right side of the driveway, they park right up against the left side of driveway on the pavement. This has been an ongoing issue since I moved in, with them sometimes even parking on the driveway, blocking my mothers access from the garage in her electric wheelchair. Now we have the problem getting a wheelchair accessible vehicle on the driveway because of their parking.

Tree stump left after fallen tree was taken away., 3rd May
A fallen tree stump left unattached in place, after the tree fellers chopped the tree and took it away. there is a wide hollow at the base of the stump, in witch litter is being discarded. The stump is not secure, and could cause an accident .It is situated on the pavement in front of my property. I feel quite vulnerable, walking past it, and hope something will be done about it soon.

Dangerous parking, 19th April
The man who lives at 463 Fairfax Drive regularly parks his van on the pavement in the mornings. This is dangerous, as forces pedestrians (mainly children on the way to school) to walk into a busy road in order to get around the van.

Virgin cable guys are cracking the existing paths and damaging all of the paths, 10th April
Hi the virgin cable guys are so quick. They are putting holes in the paths and cracking the other cable surface. The paths are in a worst state with large machine cuts and holes that are all over every path they have gone into. You should send someone to look. As the paths are now far worse than when they started.

Drain flooding, 12th March
This drain frequently gets flooded, not just after it has rained. There is clearly a blockage somewhere. I have reported it before and was told to contact my local council (Rochford district council) but they said it's not them. Please can you assess because this is becoming a real nuisance. Sewage not draining from WC and sink slow drainage. This has happened 3-4 times in last 6 months.

Numerous potholes, 24th February
There are several potholes developing along the concrete joints all around the roundabout. Many are several inches deep and causing road users to move out of their lane to avoid. This is clearly dangerous and damaging to cars. Previously attempts to repair have already failed.

Tree branches too close to house and roof, 6th February
I reported this last year and nothing was done. This will impact on my house roof and tree roots will affect my footings. This needs to be addressed urgently. This also impacts on the pavement on the road side, and other residents have to walk on the road to get past in the summer.
