FIXMYSTREET IN SP2 8FB
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of SP2 8FB:
Missused of Blue badge, 1st May
Blue badge user parked and let his wife out of the vehicle as she have had appointment at the Salisbury District Hospital. The only problem is that his wife is not a blue badge user but they have parked the car and he also did not leave the car for which you can check the cctv. The second problem is that he was asked politely (by the hospital staff, twice) to move the car but he declined. The third problem is that the driver parked on zig-zag yellow crosses and with doing ao he blocked other cars for getting in or out the vehicle. I basically needed to use left door exit instead of the right side one. Give him a big fat fine please and take away his blue badge as clearly he's abusing it's purpose.

Yellow Hatched Box, 24th August
I can see from a previous report that yellow hatched lines have been removed on purpose. Travelling down the A30 in Salisbury to the College roundabout to exit towards the A338 we were stuck in traffic for a number of minutes. When we arrived at the roundabout we discovered that this was purely because traffic heading East to the A36 was stationary on the roundabout. I suspect that this is not the intended consequence when the yellow hatched lines were removed. The traffic to the right has priority if it is moving traffic but not if it is stationary. Please could you review how you interpret the national policy as it doesn't seem to be working for traffic heading South. Thank you.

24inch pothole, 1st December
Pothole needs repairing
Report on FixMyStreet
24inchs wide. 6inch's deep. more potholes the same along road, 23rd September
The pot hole has been an ongoing issue for many years now. The pothole is in the middle of the road and is causing cars to swerve to avoid it, causing danger to pedestrians and cyclist's and nearby cars. The pothole is about 24inchs wide and around 6inch + deep. This is one of many along the road that is causing disruption. Many vehicles are taking damage as they cannot avoid this due to the size and the position of this. Please can you action this as soon as possible as I know someone or something is going to be injured.

Long tailbacks on Southbound approach to College roundabout SP1 2LW, 2nd July
Longstanding, frequent problem. Besides inconvenience, it affects emergency vehicles, especially ambulances to hospital. Also increases pollution to college buildings. Suggested solution is a single lane Southbound flyover, like the Hogarth roundabout flyover, Chiswick (see eg. on Wikipedia). This would be much shorter and straighter than that.
