Poorly maintained, 14th March
The A24 from the junction with A272 southbound, is poorly maintained in respect of road markings and cats eyes. This is compounded at night where it is impossible for the average motorist to distinguish the two lanes of the dual carriageway as the white lines both in the centre of the road, and at the sides are worn out, missing, or erased. The lack of any cats eyes along this stretch of road constitute a health and safety risk.

Speed Bump collapsing, 4th March
Approaching Ashington after the big roundabout, the first speed bump is disintegrating on the left side, so inside car wheels. several bricks on the side facing the traffic appear to have been dislodged and there are lose bricks and a hole in the that side. this is dangerous as cars have only just come off the roundabout and not yet slowed down, you have to swerve right, into oncoming traffic, to avoid the hole. please fix it before my tyres are shredded!

Potholes on both sides of a narrow single track lane, 26th November
Bentons Lane is a private road but responsibility for maintenance is part Council part Knepp Estate, not the residents. The potholes have been there for at least four years and older repairs are apparent. Damage is made worse by frequent tankers and heavy vehicles travelling to and from the pumping station further down the lane. The road need a proper repair not just patching.
