Large Loose Manhole Cover, 12th September
There is a loose manhole cover in the road which is extremely dangerous for cars and cyclists It has been repaired once a few years ago but it has become loose again and it needs repairing as soon as possible. A29 Codmore Hill left hand side of the road going down the hill just after the mini roundabout. This issue has been present for at least 3 weeks.

Reduced highway due to excessive tree and vegetation growth through its entire length, 18th June
The total length of broomers hill lane has excessive tree and vegetation growth reducing the roads width and making it difficult for two cars (even) to pass. This results in damage to door mirrors etc. Much worse, when a HGV is passing too. This is a fact on many if not all roads and letters should be written to the land owners were applicable!

A number of potholes reported on road to Borough Farm, 22nd March
A number of large potholes were reported (greater than 10 inches) in 2022 to the West Sussex pot hole portal on the council website and whilst I received acknowledgement nothing has been done 12 months later and the problem is getting worse. My subsequent chase ups have not even received a response. Can you help?

*URGENT* road repairs needed. I nearly died., 15th March
New place road is in a diabolical state of repair. It needs doing now. Like, right now, as a matter of priority. I nearly died riding my bike down this road this morning. We've been told 12 months until the A29 is fixed so in the meantime our backroads, and New Place Road specifically, are looking like a piece of Swiss cheese. I don't want it adding to your (ever increasing) "to do" list, I want people on site FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING fixing this frankly appalling stretch of road. It's absolutely unacceptable and you need to do something about it. I'm so sick of your bulls**t incompetence and inaction, and you tell us 12 flippin' months until you open the main road again. Not. Good. Enough.
