Speed limit signs obscured, 12th June
Not only at this location. Also at adversane approaching Pulborough. The overgrown vegetation is overgrown to the point of being dangerous. I couldn’t possibly report all the signs locally that are obscured but many speed limit signs, warning signs, upcoming junction signs etc are completely obscured by vegetation. The junction at adversane is an accident hot spot where there have been multiple fatalities and sight lines are obscured by overgrown grass when joining the a29 from the direction of wisborough green. Please please cut back the vegetation throughout the area to avoid a serious accident.

Asbestos dumped just off road, 30th January
Four black sacks filled with asbestos, dumped just down the bank at the side of the road. I didn't move it, but it is easy to see at the moment as the vegetation has died back.

Overgrown hedge, 7th August
From A29 junction up to entrance to Oakdene nursery the left hand hedge is so overgrown it makes Blackgate lane single file and takes up 50% of the lane and is particularly dangerous for traffic turning off the A 29. It has been bad for a very long time but now is unacceptable.

Increasing depth of road defect on Pulborough Bridge, 22nd February
There is a whole width defect on the south side of the bridge approach. I reported this last year but it was deemed 'insignificant' despite the constant sound of HGV's smashing over it heard several hundred yards away. Not surprisingly, it is deteriorating. The massive sonic shocks by the numerous HGV's must be causing damage to the bridge itself, with the risk of major failure. Whoever fails to deal with this problem will be held to account when the inevitable bridge damage occurs.

Overgrown vegitation on left hand side of entrance to Blackgate Lane, 26th June
Hedge needs cutting back on lefty hand bside of Blackgate Lane as starting to cause danger to traffic swinging on to oncoming lane to avoid shrubbery.

Litter, 5th April
The local children have tipped out the contents of the litter bin on the Green & distribute other litter on the estate on a regular basis. The elderly gentleman at 5 The Green finds this a problem as well as on Wednesday morning his parking area was littered with food & drink containers after the children had congregated there on Tuesday evening. Perhaps if their parents were asked to pay a fine they might teach their children not to do this.
