Two of the BT manhole covers are well below the new resufaced road level on the Wallingford Road, Streatley on Thames to the Oxfordshire boundary. Why has the new road surface not be checked for any errrors in laying when the works were completed., 8th February
Please send someone to check all the manhole covers on this newly resurfaced road as the covers are well below the new road surface. This resurfacing has been completed for some months and no inspection of work has been done as this would of been rectified by now. The covers are difficult to miss when driving, this means it is not good for car suspension, motorbikes or cyclists, specially when dark.

Blocked storm drain causes flooding over road and pavement, 3rd January
The Goring/Streatley bridge dips down slightly in the middle where is crosses the river island. The dip collects water but the storm drain is totally blocked. as a result, after rain not only is the road flooded but the one pedestrian pavement also. Cars create massive spray and any pedestrian unfortunate enough to be sloshing through the puddle is inevitably sprayed.
Htis is a busy route and the only one linking the communities of Goring and Streatley so it is important it be restored to safe functioning.
