There is a fallen tree blocking part of Whitemoor Lane between Upper Basildon and Quicks Green (slightly north of clayhanger farm). Small vehicles can squeeze through but larger vehicles (eg bin lorry) will not be able to get through.

Sign warning of bends ahead is broken and hanging down on the post. This signpost has been obscured by bushes in the hedgerow for over 12 months. Traffic speed on this section of road can be excessive and the road narrows by the bends, there is therefore am increased risk of an accident.
