Dangerous large potholes, uneven road surface, 23rd February
Huge potholes, crator like - B3051/accessing Chapel Lane (to gain access to the Children's Playground and field) The potholes are very deep, at least half a tyre depth some of them. The lane is 2 way, and one side of the lane is unsuitable and dangerous to drive on. It's a minefield of pot holes, the entrance and road need to be resurfaced. If cars are parked, on the lane as well - it forces vehicles to use the unsafe, crumbling, pot hole broken area of the road. Accident and damage waiting to happen for any unsuspecting Childrens Playground/field user.

Roadwork fencing blocking left turn out of our Private Road., 10th February
Roadwork fencing and remedial work has been set up, with 3 way lights restricting access to and from a private road.
No adequate signage or comms regarding the limited access for residents on private road - e.g no safe left turn out the private road, or entering from the right coming down the hill. Just notice of works taking place.
Absolutely not accessible for the bin lorry, and ambulance or a fire truck. If required. Poor planning, and inconsiderate set up again.

Knowl Hill Road is utterly broken and dangerous, 3rd February
We’ve reported multiple pot holes and the fact that all drains have been filled with hardcore for years resulting in flooding but nothing is done. This area near the junction with Ashford Hill Road is permanently broken up and it has been made worse by Antler Homes drainage road works being done so badly the ground broke up within days. Why are they not held accountable? The hole shown and the later one around a drain need filling properly but rather than the continuous temporary patches which are so badly done they don’t last a month, this whole stretch of road from Wheathold to Brimpton Common needs properly relaying and the drains cleared. Someone will be very badly injured because of the potholes, huge water runoff down the hill or resulting frozen water from the latter. The council know this drainage issue causes the flooding which causes the potholes but they do nothing. Do we have to wait for a fatal accident?
