Flooding is eroding our bank we are losing posts., 9th April
For years I have been reporting this problem and warning that it will damage our bank in front of our property. We have now lost a significant part of our bank. We have now lost a post and we are now about to lose another one. The flooding is every time we get significant rain fall and the degradation is exposing flints. The road is part of a cycle way and these exposed flints could be dangerous to cyclists and motorists. When it was investigated before it was implied the flooding had occurred due to work we had done at the property. The flooding occurred before we did any work at our property and a local farmer who has farmed the area for over 40 years is happy to confirm this part of the road has always flooded in this way.

Damage to edges of lane and mud, 19th March
Mill Lane off 4074. First photo shows mud heaped in middle of lane occurring along three quarters of the lane, in some places 3-4” deep, causing problems with the low slung vehicles. Next 2 photos show damage to most edges of the lane caused by heavy vehicles and resulting in mud in middle of lane. The state of the lane at the junction of Mill Lane and Tokers Green I have reported many times since 2017 and yet nothing is done! It is in an appalling state.
