Denton Rd repaires 27th March 24, 19th March
I see from a road sign that Denton road is to be closed for repairs to what appears to be a 3 metre stretch of road outlined recently by white paint marks. May I request that a roads engineer visits the scene asap please to review the situation because the road surface is actually deformed for over 50 metres and accelerating! I would hate to see the roads department fixing three metres of road only to require further repairs soon. Very large deep pothole., 19th March
There is a pot hole on the roundabout in this location, that when driven over causes an almighty scrapping sound underneath your vehicle. It is going to cause some damage to cars. It is about 5 inches deep.

Water leak, 15th March
There is a water leak just outside the car park entrance to The Grasshopper, which has been there months and has been reported by others but has not been fixed. The water is now running more or less down to Wiltshire Road it’s so bad.

Dangerous wall structure, 5th March
The wall alongside this private car park was driven into by a works vehicle recently, now a large corner has detached from the main wall and is at risk of falling onto a pedestrian as it has not been secured or fenced off. It is the left hand corner of the wall as you enter the car park - it has a row of rectangle planters balanced along the top of the wall. It is the car park between the old Nat West building and the new traffic calming/ narrowed pedestrian crossing area before the Waitrose passageway

Footpath 50% occluded by hedge, 4th March
Problem developed over years. There are now multiple pedestrians walking in the street. I saw an elderly lady with a zimmer in the street yesterday because there wasn’t room for her on the footpath. The property owner at Denton Mews should be required to cut the hedges back to the property line, yearly. It has not been cut to property line in at least 11 years
