Hedge Still Needs Cutting, 4th April
This was reported almost 2 years ago, as well as few months back (https://www.fixmystreet.com/report/5520689) when was told hedge would be cut within 28 days. Yet still no action and just got worse. On the east side of Ilkley Way, just prior to Glenmore Close ( What3words: ///under.peanut.wide ) plants are growing and restricting passing. You can only walk single sided. And you would again struggle to get a wheelchair user pass. Please can you get it cut back, force action, cut it yourselves and charge whoever should be doing it? And please don't just drive by to check, get out and check, get a wheelchair and try yourselves!

Only 1 ft of path usable - restricted access, 15th March
Path covered by hedgerow (not usable by disabled) Category: Pavements/footpaths The hedge/bush/plants here totally cover the path. There is about 1 foot of path left visible at one point, less if it has been wet and the branches sag down. The whole stretch needs cutting back to the property boundary. You cannot walk side by side here, disabled users simply cant get past, i.e. a wheelchair/mobility scooter pass without going on the grass (difficult with wheelchair) which in this weather is a no go. And same for pushchairs/prams. The issue has been reported multiple times over the last few years, first reported this year back in May/June/September. Https://www.fixmystreet.com/report/4598739 https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 4683426 https://www.fixmystreet.com/report/4994405 In October ( https://www.fixmystreet.com/report/5150394 ) and December ( https://www.fixmystreet.com/report/5308210 ) and this year were told notice/order made for this to be resolved (i.e. cut) within 28 days. So here we are still no resolved. If the property owner is not going to do it, council need to and charge back to the owner. We need a path everyone can use. What3words: ///heave.hails.update
About an inch was trimmed, if that, has been trimmed back. Still nowhere near enough to get a pushchair, mobility scooter or wheelchair pass the first bit and tight against the rest. The path is about 4ft wide (guessing) and the bushes at one point are covering all but 1ft. There should be at least 1 meter of path for accessibility, if not the whole path (i.e. the bushes need to go back to the property boundary (as indeed they should all around Ilkley Way - they don't by the way).

Dog poo bin overflowing AGAIN!!, 13th March
This bin is disgusting. It has dog poo piled on top of it from where it is full and people are too lazy to take it home. However the bin wouldn’t get like this at all if the council emptied it properly and emptied it regularly as is clearly required.

From Colthrop to Pipers Way roundabout there is a large section of tarmac missing, approximately 8cm deep, in the offside driving line of a vehicle. There is an equal section missing on the nearside (kerbside). Owing to the size and location of these areas this is now a danger to drivers unaware of this road.

Parking on double yellow, 11th February
Constant parking on double yellows from customers or delivery drivers going into Sainsbury’s despite there being a car park. This makes entering the road dangerous and sometimes impossible if traffic is queued leaving the road onto the a4 and there is a car parked on the double yellows. You cannot get in the road and therefore traffic builds on the bath road. Needs better enforcement.
