This drain has been blocked since the winter… not surprisingly there is a lot of road runoff with even the lightest showers

Culvert ‘lower’ drainage pipe blocked, 26th April
The Lower drainage pipe leading from the Culvert to the main gulley system is again blocked and the culvert is not draining… this will cause the ditch which runs in to the culvert to back up & raise the risk of my property flooding. Please note that there are 2 drainage pipes leading from the culvert & it is the lower one that requires attention. This is an on going issue & requires ‘jetting’ of the pipe to resolve the problem Thank you

Consistently mud covered road, 20th March
This section of the road is permanently covered in mud by local farm traffic with no attempts made to clean the area. Wheels are not washed off when transitioning from very wet and muddy fields to the road. This creates a serious hazard for cyclists and motorcyclists in particular. Obviously wet winter not helping but road is constantly a hazard.

Culvert is blocked - causing risk to flooding of my property, 15th March
The lower exit pipe from the Culvert in to the gulley drainage system is blocked… this same issue was raised on report number 16262020… this previous report was closed down and reported as complete in error… the Culvert has 2 exit pipes & the lower one ( which is covered by the water in the photographs) is blocked and the culvert does not drain. The culvert not draining increases the risk of flooding to my property. I reported this same issue in October last year and the solution was to jet the lower exit pipe… and this was carried out successfully .. the local Steward is fully aware of the on going issue and the effective solution. Mud, 10th March
Thick mud on the road from tractors going to and from the fields. Continuous issue for past 2 months and still nothing has been done and farmers responsibility to clean the road. Tractors have today been using the field, then on the road which has made it a lot worse than last week.

Tractors coming from the fields have made the road incredibly muddy and fail to clean it. Becoming more dangerous to drive on and have churned up the grass verge also. You can see the tyre marks from the tractors, this is not run off from the fields.

Upper Lane has been muddy for weeks and now has been churned up by vehicles/farmers and just left. The mud is making the road slippery as well as the single file traffic to consider.
