Reduced visibility where footpath and horses cross road, 13th May
When crossing as a pedestrian or with horses visibility is very poor due to weeds and cow parsley having grown so quick. Cars travelling from the Newport direction are really difficult to see at the last minute and are coming at speed. This crossing is used by numerous people, multiple times a day. Been an issue for about 2 weeks and gets worse everyday due to the weather. Thanks.
