Abandoned?, 26th April
This has been here for months. Assumed to be tool shed for work in one of the bungalows but that’s stopped now for at least a month and still here. Has it been abandoned? No other works seemed to be going on for it to be there.

Debris from hedge cutting, 16th January
After 5 years of campaigning thank you Jonathan Fulford (not WSCC) for clearing the 3 inch thick mud bath at the junction of the shared footpath and cycle lane near Ham Farm Unfortunately the very next day Langmead Farms Ltd decided to cut the hedges and as is typical for Langmead Farms negligent and obstructive behaviour they have not made any attempt to sweep up the debris. As happens every year the debris will gather in the cycle lane puncturing countless tires and forcing cyclists onto the road where they are harassed by cars for not using the thorn strewn cycle lane until eventually it rains and all the debris washes down the drains, blocks them and floods the road again. This cycle of despair and obstruction for pedestrians and cyclists is as a direct result of the negligence of WSCC Highways and Langmead Farms Ltd and I write these reports so they may be used in the corporate negligence claim against these two when (not if) a cyclist is killed along this stretch of godforsaken highway.

Broken Mandatory No Cycling Sign - issue 231-42458, 4th December
Above was first reported via Parish Council late June, & beyond here essential summary:- "As you'll recall, I was in contact back in June over the personally experienced danger to both Bosham village residents and thus our frequent visitors (which encompasses adults & children of course) walking the narrow, limited-sightline Cemetery Footpath between The Drive & Leander Road. Principally, that footpath being the singular link for pedestrians back towards the main village, pubs, etc (again, as discussed)". From the map & photos (1st shows destroyed sign, 3rd sign on The Drive still in place) it can be observed that this path is essentially a pavement, addition blind access from Cambria Close. Despite narrow escapes for ourselves, others, and pets on leashes. Instances of generally rude or truculent cyclists hazarding pedestrians are rife, with my last experience yesterday, 3rd Nov 23. This issue has passed up the Council Executive line to Chichester, eventually receiving the above reference, but without resolution with regard to replacing sign at Fairfield Rd. Let alone secondary consideration over how to further endorse mandatory prohibition by additional white pavement 'No Cycling' suggestion. Hence eventual revert to this site, which I'd hoped to avoid since issue clearly very local. Rgs
