There is a cover which has yet sunken yet again as never gets a strong repair and it's causing a loud clunk spuds when driven over more so with trucks and lorries. Its on Plymouth Road just before the graveyard heading in morrisons direction its on the other side of road

Man hole cover broken in half and half has dropped into drain, 11th December
A delivery driver dropped his keys into the drain. He lifted the cover to retrieve them and the cover broke in half and fell into the drain. He wasn't able to get the broken cover out, so notified us in the day centre of the problem. He said he had reported the problem and we placed a warning cone over the hole and notified the staff who work in abbey rise

Drain grate has sunk and the surround is being washed out., 3rd December
This is getting worse with every downpour. Risk of damage to passing vehicles is increasing, there is an increased risk of flooding as the drain is becoming less effective and the damage is now presenting a trip hazard with a very real risk of injury.
