Grass on bank, opposite Springer Spaniel pub reducing visibility., 24th May
Between chestnut tree and old milk churn stand, the height of grass above the road is about 5ft. In a standard car it is Impossible to see A388 traffic approaching from Launceston direction when attempting to join the main road from Rezare lane.

Water run off from field causing flooding and mud on road when raining, 22nd February
When it rains there is a huge amount of run off from the field, it leads to thick mud all down the road to A388 and also flooding outside the Springer Spaniel pub where the water collects.

4" deep plus potholes on the stretch of road leading from above Trecarell Manor down to Trebullett. They are now so bad in places that it's difficult to navigate a route without bumping in to them. They are particularly bad around Trevor Stephens' farm entrances (either side of the road)., 18th March

This road is very susceptible to degradation due to the amount of heavy farm traffic and has been patched numerous times. However, once again, there are a significant number of potholes some of which are 8-10cm in depth. It makes driving at night quite hazardous.
