Otter culvert blocked and damaged, 9th August
Otter culvert under A30 at Trewint exit has missing and degrading steps, even an adult otter might struggle to climb last part of slope. Additionally, the access through the open drain leading to it is overgrown with vegetation including trees. There may be a barrier to the culvert exit on south side - hard to see from north side. This culvert has been used in the past by otters, please find time and resources to maintain it. Thank you in advance.

Surface water, 15th July
There is a significant amount of surface water on the A30 all the way from Exeter down to Truro. This is very dangerous and has been this way for years now. The surface water is causing people in front to break hard and suddenly and is a serious safety risk. Something needs to be done to make the A30 safe and to reduce the amount of avoidable crashes.

A30 Eastbound. No advance warning of B3257 junction, 6th June
Whilst on the A30 eastbound, one has to get into the 70mph outside lane to turn right onto the B3257.
The current sign is almost on top of the junction, leaving a driver in the nearside lane inadequate time to pick a gap to enter the offside lane.
Drivers can miss the opportunity to turn right or drive in a dangerous manner to achieve it (e.,g., nearly stopping in the nearside lane or pulling out into the outside lane at an inappropriate moment.
This junction needs to be signposted in advance, preferably at one mile and a half a mile's warning

Becoming dangerous for 2 wheels., 21st July
In both directions in this vicinity it is becoming more and more dangerous for motorcycles. Gaps, loose debris, water, potholes and cracks appearing. This is a stretch I use most days and it is evident the surface is in need of major attention. Many areas in this vicinity in far better condition have been properly resurfaced over the last couple of years. Why is this particular danger allowed to continue?

Blocked culvert, 6th November
There is a blocked culvert and the road is very dangerous as it is covered in mud from farm vehicles and needs cleaning. This is a safety issue as it is impossible to stop on the road without skidding etc. Have had a close incident whereby an accident nearly occurred. Skid Risk signage has recently been placed on the road so it is obvious there is an issue here. This is from the point pinpointed on the map down to Tregrenna.

Gap Between The 2 Carriagways, 15th October
This is near where a live and a road I use most days on a Motorcycle. Yesterday crossing from o/s to n/s lane my front wheel found a rut severe enough to cause a deflection on my front wheel. I did not lose control. There is a continuous gap between these carriageways which I assume is drainage. but this is excessive and potentially dangerous. It is somewhere midway between Plusha and Five Lanes Junctions on the Westbound Carriageway.
