Road used as a rat run, Water Lane, Ingthorpe, Nr Great Casterton. Run up to bridge over A1 is single track on both sides of bridge and a 60mph road. Traffic uses verges to make road passable which has caused huge ruts at side of road and degradation of the kerbs . There is no road narrows signs or slow signs on the road either.

Many potholes, 30th April
Although some have been repaired there are still many pothole on both sides of the road between the junction with the A1 and Exeter Gardens. Traffic is constantly swerving to avoid them. This is very dangerous.

Series of potholes next to the junction, 15th April
Long series of potholes predominantly from the centre, covering the Stamford bound lane. They are so bad now that cars have to swerve to avoid them and they have to slow down well below the 50mph limit. They have been like this for months and months. It is a matter of time before someone has a serious accident.

Long series of holes at the junction, 15th April
This series of holes has been there for months and is getting worse. People pulling out from the A1 and wanting to turn towards Stamford have to remain in 1st gear until they have negotiated them and got on to the bridge. This has a knock on effect for causing issues for other road users who are already on the A6121 who don't expect joining traffic to be going so slowly and for so long.

Road surface all broken up , a death trap waiting for any motorcyclist!, 15th April
The road surface is not fit for purpose especially dangerous for motorcyclists. The whole top surface has failed . This has been like this for months and months!

Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 12th April
I was travelling on my motorbike at night within the posted speed limit. My front wheel struck a deep pothole which made a very loud bang and almost made me lose control of the motorbike. It jerked my handlebars violently to the side and depressed my front suspension forks. I then returned very slowly to my home address.

On grass verge outside 162/164 Casterton Roaf, 8th April
This tree was cut back several years ago and 3 new trees were planted, the stump was not treated properly and it has now grown several high off shoots that are tangling up in one of the new trees. It looks an eyesore and is diseased
