I hit these pot holes yesterday evening. They made a real bang and afterwards my steering became juddery I couldn’t avoid them as there was heavy traffic and the road was busy.

Pothole, 19th April
Discovered on April 16th - The pothole is on A43 near junction with Mick George quarry (Wakerly Road) going towards Duddington. It is almost unavoidable and the car gave an enormous bang when the near side wheel dropped into the hole.

Sign has collapsed due to rusted posts, 9th April
Diag 513 and diag 511 on twin posts. Both posts corroded through and sign has collapsed leaving no warning of upcoming bends. Sign is not illuminated.

Several potholes all together, 4th April
There are several places along this road that when covered in a puddle just look like one and can fool people into thinking they are not there. Makes this roadway unusable again. :-(

Huge pothole, 6th March
Gave my car and 2 other cars a flat tyre in the space of 30 minutes! Very dangerous. Especially for a new driver. Just before lay-by luckily! Coming through duddington, from Stamford to Corby on the A43.

Pothole, 4th March
The A43 around the quarry entrance is disgraceful and dangerous. This pothole near the river wall has been filled inadequately time and time again - every time it rains the substandard repair just lifts out leaving a deep hole.

Deep pothole, 2nd March
I hit a deep pothole late last night c. 10.30pm as I was diverted off the A1 to this roundabout. I turned left onto the A47 off the A43 and right into it. As a result I have discovered 2 tyres on my car have side bubbles on them from the impact. These tyres will need replacing.

Flooding away from drain on dangerous corner . Assess needed for Care home residents and staff., 22nd February
Despite drain at the corner of road opposite Mannor Lane Tixover working around the corner 4 inch flood water and rising on Lane to The Grange Home. Danger for emergency transport. Suggestion that pipe from drain too flat. Several complaints from village residents.

Flooding, 22nd February
There is flooding to the side of the royal oak premises so delivery drivers cant deliver products. The flooding is up to the doorstep and no one can get in. The water grates about 4 of them are blocked with debris and it is effecting the business. Royal Oak opens in half an hour so it needs sorting. The flooding is on the A43.

Huge pothole, 15th February
I was coming back from Leicester when I reached this round about there was a huge pothole taking out both my rear tyres damaging my rear and front near side rims and damaging my rear shockers. I had two of my kids in the car and my nephew from Poland. I waited 2 hours for my recovery. On the next layby I met another women with the as with the same issue I demand some money for repairs !!!

Large pothole in road, fills with rain which camoflages it, 13th February
Large deep pothole in the road which fills with water and is obscured. This will cause a major accident if not fixed urgently. I have seen many peoples cars with wheel damage today because of it.

Deep water collecting on road., 8th February
There is a large water deposit at junction of A47 and single track road to Tixover Grange. Each time it rains the wayer level gets deeper and never seems to clear completely. This is not clearing into roadside dykes as it has previously done and is now close to spreading onto A47 at the bottom of a dangerous hill.

Massive car killing pothole, 2nd February
This pothole has been here since before Christmas but getting bigger. It’s big and deep and if you hit it it makes a real thud. Dangerous to motorcyclists and bicycles and could potentially cause ripped tyres damage to suspension.
