Flash cars sign and lux signs on safety barrier. Oundle road, Stamford Rd junction, 29th March
This is the middle of the conservation area within the village with listed buildings. Additionally it is a busy crossroads especially at school times. This is a safety barrier not an advertising board. The Lux sign also needs to be removed. I have reported this before as there were multiple boards up but the Lux sign was left for some reason.

This Flash Cars Sign appeared overnight in the safety barrier at the junction of Oundle Road, Stamford Road, 29th March

Right of way overgrown, 10th July
The footpath is overgrown, the bridle way way also to the wooden bridge. The bridle way is slightly rutted and not easy underfoot, can’t see the ruts. Just needs cutting back a little

Public Footpath overgrown, 15th May
Public footpath overgrown with long grass and stinging nettles, impossible to walk through in places, no good if you have children with you - will be even worse in a few weeks with more growth.

Two potholes - one either side of carriageway., 7th February
There are 2 deep potholes, one on either side of the carriage way, following a drain repair right across the road. From which ever way you’re driving - oundle to Corby or Corby to oundle, if there is another vehicle coming towards you, it’s impossible to swerve/move and avoid them. They’re dangerously deep potholes and damage-causing in nature. They both need repairing asap. My pin point on map may not be exact but it’s pretty close and you can use the other report to find it. The 2nd pothole is at the other side of that drain pipe repair tarmac. It’s been like it for a few months at least. I can’t remember exactly. Thanks.

Drain recently appeared to be repaired with tarmac, tarmac had come away resulting in a hole to side of road., 28th January
The hole was over an inch in depth ,not easy to see, unfortunately I hit it causing my front passenger tyre to burst.

Deceased badger over pavement, 9th November
There is a deceased badger on the narrow footpath and verge, not only is this a biological hazard to people and pets walking past, it is also obstructing part of the already narrow footpath. Please can the carcuss be collected for disposal.

Grass Verge problem, 13th September
The verge outside of number 2 Jubillee Court has had a large heap of grass cuttings just left on it. Please can this be tidied up immediately. The exact location of the problem is outside 2 jubilee Court which is just before you get to the turning of Coronation Crescent.

Trees are too low and are hitting the buses badly, 5th September

Persistent flytipping in layby, 21st July
Daily flytipping is occurring in the layby, and there is still graffiti all over the bins, despite this being reported over a month ago. This is making what is otherwise the entrance to a beautiful village location look unsightly. The council need to consider some form of surveillance to capture the flytippers and prosecute them appropriately.

Crop not cleared from ROW, 28th June
In past years the ROW from the farm road has had a way marker disc on a telegraph pole and the line of the ROW cleared through the crop. This year the field has been left partly uncultivated and become overgrown with the path not cleared . Can the ROW be restored on the correct line with a disc where possible.

Our Inspector has identified a Footway/Footpath defect at this location and has issued a works ticket to repair under the Pothole / Failed Reinstatement category. We aim to complete this work within the next 26 Weeks.
