High Street, opposite Castle End Road, 14th March
The car was first reported to Council on 2nd Feb and had been there for weeks with a flat tyre but it was taxed and MOT'd. The police said they couldn't do anything as it wasn't blocking the highwat. The MOT has now run out (5th March) so I understand PCC can take action. It is parked half on the pavement and now has two flat tyres.
