My previous request got closed as it was deemed on private land, this is dumped on public pavement as seen in the picture provided. Also children go pass this to go to school and not sure what is in the bags.

Flooding, 1st May
I have resubmitted as the problem still exists. Since the new phone tower was erected without any contact with us ??? It would seem the drain is still blocked .poeple are crossing the road to avoid the water endangering themselves from traffic. Could you please look into this matter again. Many thanks mick .
