On the left hand side of the East bound side of the Bexwell Rd a drain cover has dropped plus there's an adjacent pothole which causes motorists to swerve to the right of the lane to avoid the wheel drop and potential tyre/wheel/suspension damage to vehicles.

Very large pothole (more like a crater) has opened up, close to the one already reported. Extremely dangerous, could cause serious damage to a vehicle., 4th January
This pothole is very large, as already said..more like a crater. Has appeared alongside the other very large pothole already reported by another on this stretch of road. This is an extremely busy road and thus should be addressed soonest

More littering by TM companies, 11th April
Traffic cone and sand bags used to hold the temp sign down left abandoned. These TM companies are so lazy, they make such a half hearted effort in cleaning up when the road works have finished, with paraphernalia left dumped everywhere.

A few large Potholes along the A1122 between Stradsett and Stow Barn Road turn off, on the left side if facing towards Downham Market. They are getting bigger by the day. Dangerous

Speed limit signs unapproved and missing., 19th September
Bexwell Road, Downham Market. From A10, heading toward Downham Market town centre, (just before the school).
The 30MPH speed limit sign has been removed and replaced with a non-highways version which has something of an home-made look about it. The NSL sign which is supposed to be on its reverse is absent.
The attached photo is from Streetview (2018) because it is unsafe to stop in order to obtain a photo of the object I am describing.
30MPH speed limit is currently unenforceable as a result of this situation.

Footpath covered 50% due to neglect, 25th August
The entire length of the footpath from Wimbotsham to Downham Marker is dangerosly overgrown and neglected. Over 50% of the width of the footpath is compromised due to neglect.
Debris from years of neglect and hedge trimming has accumulated blocking the path along the fence sides. Brambles and grass growing from this covers the path. Runners and walkers often walk/run in the busy road due to the footpath being inaccessible.

Overgrown path forces walking on main road, 1st July
The entire stretch of footpath around the bus stop is neglected and overgrown. Thenbusstop sign is engulfed and almost hidden. Pedestrians need to walk into traffic to get along their journey.

Pavement obstructed by overgrown hedge, 17th June
Downham Market, junction of Bexwell Road (Eastbound) and the A10 (Northbound) at Bexwell roundabout. There is a footpath between the armco and the hedge that is supposed to give a safe route to pedestrians. The path is overhung and obstructed by the hedge as you will see from the photos. Please arrange for it to be trimmed as a matter of urgency.
