The road is too narrow for HGVs., 21st August
The road is too narrow for HGVs because of the houses and pub built in early 18th century. HGV trucks continually mount curbs to pass and have damaged road signs and pavements in the process. The road is used as a rat run and at all times of the day the house vibrates as speeding vehicles pass. Ours is newer house with cracking to floor and walls the old houses are somehow still standing.
The issues were palatable whilst the A14 updated and Ely bypass were being constructed but now the raids are still used with over 180 gravel trucks and other construction vehicles per day cutting through.

Blue Audi TT Reg LN58 MBY has been parked on the pavement/grass area on the corner of Chapel Road for approx 3-4 weeks and has not moved. The grass has to be cut around it. Please can this be removed?

Manhole Cover loose and getting worse, 8th November
The Manhole cover outside Keyes, Colne Road, PE28 3DQ has been loose for some time and is very noisy every time a vehicle drives over it. It can be heard in the back garden of Keyes. It got worse after the water company fixed the leaking water source outside Windrush, Colne Road in September 2015

Potholes at the side of Parrens Road, Earith, 28th November
The edge of the road is breaking up, resulting in large holes adjacent to driveway. This makes it very bumpy entering the driveway and potentially damaging for the underside of the car. This issue has there for many months now. Earlier this year we saw highways "paint" markings that suggested this was scheduled for repair, but nothing has been done yet. It would be appreciated if this could be attended to.

Street light works barrier, 26th September
One of the street light works barrier on the grass verge of the B1050 close to the Colne junction (Earith end) is not connected properly and is flapping into road. This could very easily cause damage to side of vehicles and more importantly could cause drivers to swerve into oncoming traffic.
