Flooded slip road, 15th May
In spite of this problem being reported many times and being told that it’s been dealt, the slip road joining the roundabout at the top of Morley way to the nene parkway northbound is once again flooded. It is very dangerous when trying to join a busy road with traffic doing up to 70mph as you have to slow right down as it covers the whole road. It floods every time it rains heavily, can it please be sorted.

Council trees growing 8-10ft into private garden, 15th May
Good afternoon. I have lived in my property in cherryfields, ham lane for 7 years. At no point has any husbandry been completed on the belt of trees that are directly against my back garden fence. These trees have become extremely intrusive and are now growing 8-10ft over my fence into my back garden. The amount of foliage is vast and whilst I would love to cut them back I neither have the tools, expertise or ability to get rid of the resultant waste. I have landscaped my garden at great expense and the grass underneath this area will not grow and is patchy due to the amount of shade created, furthermore I am unable to cut my grass without the trees hitting me in the face, I am also forever picking up fallen branches/twigs from the overhanging trees and they are causing moss and weeds. These trees are also now causing my tree in my garden to grow obscurely and lean to try and find sunlight. I did raise a complaint about this 2 years ago when the problem began and nothing has happened, it has gradually got worse, to a point where it will soon become unmanageable. Please can you contact me in order to arrange for these trees to be maintained and have the appropriate work carried out for them to be trimmed back so that they are not encroaching over my fence and ruining my garden. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Kind Rgds

Parking Opposite Junction, 13th May
It is a consistent problem that people park opposite the junction on Botolph Green 9-16. Recently there has also been double yellow lines in this area.
I’m unsure why they double yellow lines seem the stop before the adjacent of the junction yet they have been added to the corner of the cul de sac.
I would like to know the reason to why and if this will be corrected as the addition to double yellows has now created a more dangerous situation.
The placing of the double yellow line has meant the people now park opposite a junction and up to the corner which means visibility of on coming traffic is minimal and an accident waiting to happen
