Hawthorn road is covered in loose chippings. Work was done several months ago now and still it hasn't been swept and signs have not been removed. It looks a mess.

The pit under the drain cover is filled with solid matter up to the level of the 6 inch pipe which heads north / west. The suction lorries have been around before to clean it but have failed to get the drain grill off.
It copes well with the river of rain water from both directions but some tender loving care would not go a miss to avoid property flooding (my home).
