On the A16, just south of Thorndales Lane, 8th January
Heading north, away from Boston, one of the signs advising of the sharp 'Z' bend near Thorndales Lane has been badly damaged. Half the sign is missing, and the other half is pointing the wrong way!
For safety reasons, this needs rectifying in due course. The Z bend has been the location of 2 fatal accidents in the past.
Thank you!

A16, opposite Thorndales Lane, Stickney, Boston, 8th January
As part of the temporary worksite for the Tritton Knoll electricity cable installation project, a telegraph pole was erected either side of the A16 to support a telephone cable. These were not removed when the 2 sites were cleared. The poles are located on a sharp bend where there have been fatal accidents in the past and are in line with where vehicles leaving the carriageway would travel.
One telegraph pole was recently hit by a car and leant over quite a lot. It was subsequently cut down and removed (privately).
I am requesting that the remaining (unused) telegraph pole is a serious potential danger, and should therefore be removed.
Much appreciated!

A16 on RH side after leaving Stickney and travelling towards Boston, near the double bends, 24th October
There are red/white barriers and keep left/right signs on the verge. These items have been there several years (probably dating back to when work at the Viking Link site began). There is no evidence that they are serving a purpose. They are just creating an unnecessary hazard on an already dangerous section of road.

Hobhole Bank / Lade Bank, 24th May
The whole of the Hobhole Bank road is subsiding with the road dropping away in big dips. There are large pot holes along the whole length of the road up to the Sibsey turnoff. This has been an issue for at least the past 7 years and is getting much worse. I am having to replace springs on my car every year due to the road conditions, bumps, holes, dips.
