Garbage (garbage bags) across the street. Two weeks agou. I live at 28 Alma Road PE1 3AW. The garbage is across the street. The bad smell and things falling out of these bags spoil the aesthetics of the street.

Rough Sleepers and ublic gatherings, 29th April
In short, thee are people sleeping rough here, due to the large shelter various people are meeting up for drinks in the day and night, urinating, being sick, littering, the bus stop type need to change so people cannot sleep there or gather. The issue has been present for atleast 3 years now the problems are getting much worse.

The property consists of a block of 48 residential apartments. Said apartments are provided with private car parking spaces for their residents.
On behalf of our client we write to you today to report a vehicle that has been parked and abandoned on the property and respectfully request you take the necessary action to remove the vehicle.
The vehicle is a Audi A8, 3.0 TDI, Reg No. OY58 WXJ. It has an MOT up until 4 October 2024 and has been issued with a SORN statement.
Our client has spoken to residents of the property who have confirmed that the vehicle has been stationary for approximately 1 month.
It has been confirmed that the vehicle does not belong to any resident of the property and is not associated with them in any way.

High chance of accidents!, 29th April
Hello, I would like to highlight a very high hazard of quite newly done roundabout between Oxney road and Newark road! In the past 2 months I had 50 Near misses where drivers almost crashed into me because they don't know who should give a way to who!! It's extremely dangerous as when coming by the Oxney road from Sainsbury's side and turning to the Newark road,people coming from other side of the Oxney road absolutely don't stop and give the way as they think they got the right to go. Same when coming from Newark road and want to turn right to the Oxney road , drivers approaching without stopping or slowing down even with the fact that it says Give a way!! This roundabout is a big risk and it supposed to be like it was before without it or at least do the traffic lights or anything else. I shouldn't be afraid to approach this roundabout with fear if someone will not end my life because of their stupidity and not clear who is in the right. Please do something with this roundabout as I know there already has been couple of accidents and it's not there even a year!

The lignt is too bright and needs to be dimmed tur, 28th April
I have reported this light on several occasions before. PCC Officer dimmed the light remotely and confirmed if this was problematic it can be turned off. The light is too bright and causing me disturb sleep, migraine and sickness. The position and angle causes glaring into the bedroom. I reported this matter last year and no one from Highways has followed up this query. I would be grateful if someone can advise urgently.
