Shredded litter, 30th April
Verges cut, not one piece of litter or debris picked up therefore your cowboy contractors have shredded it everywhere and made even more of a mess. What an absolute disgrace, such shoddy work paid for by tax payers. You have a duty under the environmental protection act to litter pick the roadsides, instead of doing this you are creating even more of a mess. Please return and get all this mess cleared up.

Uneven narrow path fills with rain, 6th January
The path here on Badgeney Road is very narrow, not helped by overhangind hedging from the adjacent garden, which could really do with a little trim, but the path is also uneven and fills with rain every time it rains, making a large puddle. This means that you cannot walk along the path and must either walk on the grass verge, (though that is freqently either wet and slippery, or muddy and slippery, making it unsuitable to safely walk on, especially for anyone with a walking stick, walker, wheelchair, pushchair, pram, shopping trolley etc), or else it necessitates having to walk in the road, which is often not safe, as cars frequently tear down the road, going far too fast.

Litter, 6th January
There is a lot of litter scattered along the path near 90 Badgeney Road and indeed all along the path, from there along to where Badgeney Road joins Mallard Way. There are cans, bottles, cartons, paper, card and even oddments of clothing. It makes the area look dreadful. There is a lot of it at the kerbside too. The road sweeper machine does come along, but does not sweep alongside the path and the section at the side of the road where residents can park. Some of the rubbish has been there for many months. There is also a lot of mud on the path along by 140-150 Badgeney Road, where people have been driving over the verges, and this is making it dangerous for pedestrians, of which I am one.

Dog mess in centre of path, 6th January
Dog mess right in front of 1 Mallard Way in the centre of the path. Dog walkers frequently walk along Badgeney Road and Mallard Way and South Drive to get to the park and open spaces beside the canal. Dog mess is a frequent problem, so maybe it is about time there were some dog mess bins along Badgeney Road at these intersections and some dog fouling signage put up, as it makes it awful for the residents of these roads.

Large amount of dog mess that has been there several days, right in the middle of the path on Badgeney Road, that is just as you come up to cross over South Drive, and has clearly already been stepped in. School children walk and cycle along here too, so a risk for them.
