I am writing to you from the Estates department at Ericsson on behalf of MBNL - (Three (Hutchinson 3G) and EE (Orange and T-Mobile)). We manage the telecom equipment site access on network faults.

Footpath on the right hand side just passed Mill Road that is on the left bad holes and trip hazards , i've now tripped over twice down this side the left hand side of the path has previously been resurfaced but the right hand side of the road is very bad this stretches from the start near the barn restaurant right up to all very close to the school on the right If this happens again and I trip up then I will be seeking legal action, 23rd August
The path on the right hand side of school rode Terrington Saint John he is very poorly maintained, there is very limited access for people with pushchairs but have to go on the road and also I have tripped up twice now the path on the left hand side has read resurfaced but the right hand side of the road is extremely poor and unsafe especially Opposite to Mill Road , as I say Mill Road side is good but the right hand side of the road is extremely bad with Paul repairs and holes if I trip up again or know anybody that tripped up again I will be seeking legal action
