The water is runoff from the road. There do not appear to be any drains along the roadside. Water takes days, sometimes a week, to dissipate after the raining stops. This means that at this time of year, the area in front of 1 Newlands Road is almost continually flooded. The area floods over where the mains water stop tap is located, meaning it isn't possible to shut off the water supply to the property without flooding the stop tap's chamber.

Reservoir Road, 22nd November
Since there has been increased building allowed the amount of heavy traffic has increased considerably It is a narrow road and the heavy trucks (as well as the river) has caused the road and bank to subside. This is now dangerous. I have more photos if needed

Drain has been blocked has been reported before. With damage to the road. Pot hole repaired Drain is still blocked. Causing more damage to the road. Poo bin is being used by General public. Not finding it safe to place poo bags in the very small bin. As the drain and exceeding water are a problem.

The Bridlepath off Surfleet Bank, 31st July
The pedestrian entry via gate onto the Bridleway is blocked by stinging nettles and there are nettles and foxtail grass all along the bridle path which is risky to dogs as the seeds can cause all sorts of issues.
