On the 1st bend as you enter cunsdike lane, 3rd April
The machine that sucks out the drain does not do the job the drain is blocked up solid the nearby ditch that the drainage pipe runs into is full of mud and needs reinstated the situation is terrible we can not get down the lane when it’s rained and my wife being disabled needs her daily walk down this lane. As there is no foot path on our side of the road she would have to cross over and she finds it hard to cross quickly enough as she walk with a crutch. This has been reported several times and nobody is listening.

Opals have installed a duck for a super fast broad band and blocked the pipe with a duck! It started backing up the day they left site. Last Thursday. And they have hit the water pipe causing the flooding

O/S no. 103 A152 (Quadring), 26th March
Caller states drain o/s the property has been full of silt/grit/mud for a long time and now isn't draining at all property when it rains. They state the drain is regularly re-build up due to lorry damage and this is most likely the cause of the blockage.
