Whole length of Harrington Street, 15th May
Since the resurfacing of Harrington street no road markings have been put down. As there are no road markings and no double yellow lines at times the whole road has cars parked on both sides despite it blocking junctions and causing issues for school buses and emergency vehicles etc it’s also meaning virtually no visibility for cars emerging from meadow gate, Baldwin grove and queens road. The roadworks are supposed to be finished but apart from the roughest layer of tarmac I’ve ever seen it does not look like it will be completed anytime soon. Daily it’s causes issues and it won’t be long before there’s an accident. Please finish the resurfacing and lay the road markings asap

Very uneven footpathe from Victoria Place into Abbey Road leading to pedestrian crossing near Abbey School, 1st May
This footpath has been getting worse for at least 2 years. My husband fell on it recently and landed in the road fortunately he was ok and no vehicles hit him. It is a busy road and the footpath is used by many children and parents going to the school, elderly people walking into town and others on mobile scooters. It is difficult to push prams and pushchairs over it. I use a walking stick and have a problem on uneven ground during to an ankle injury and find it very difficult to walk on the path.
