Temporary signs let in Norham Manor, 15th May

Garden waste blocking my exit, 15th May
The exit from my back garden on Lodge Close onto the back passage way (Council has entry to back passageway door with key - the door is off the parking area on Park Way) is being blocked by garden waste - branches etc (not from my tree!) that someone has dumped there. (There are also old bits of garden fencing that have been left there.) I need to be able to access this exit for a delivery. Could this possibly be cleared? With thanks.

Lights are turning green at the same time, 15th May
This morning the lights coming off of the JR site turned green at the same time as the lights for traffic coming down Headley way towards Marston. A car came off the JR site and turned right and there was an extremely near miss as they were not expecting other cars to be moving. I was turning right onto the JR site and saw that the lights were green there also, and other cars had slowed but were going through the lights coming of the site as well.

Dangerously leaning enormous Eucalyptus tree on Canterbury Road, south side of street, just west of Banbury Road, 14th May
There is a very large Eucalyptus tree that is leaning dangerously just off of the pavement on Canterbury Road (south side of street, just west of Banbury Road). It is sure to fall at some point soon and it could seriously injure or kill a passerby or someone in the garden where the tree stands (not to mention do serious damage to the cars that are parked beneath it. The tree was first pointed out to me by my gardener, someone who has worked in the area for decades and who is quite knowledgeable about these things. I hope the tree can be looked at soon.

Four bags of household rubbish dumped on cycle path next to Ring Road, 14th May
Please have been here for quite awhile getting damp and the plastic is starting to split. It’s very close to the crossing for the bus to new Barton if you’re coming along the Ring Road but also very easy to walk through from Foxwell Drive.
