Lane markings worn on junction, 10th April
The lane markings on the junction are worn which means lane discipline from drivers unfamiliar with the junction is poor and I have witnessed several incidents of road rage and vehicles cutting each other up thinking they are in the correct lane. Vehicles in lane 2 to go from Shaw towards Elk Mill automatically veer into lane 1 thinking it is their right of way. Lane 1 is a left turn and straight ahead lane. The directional arrows clearly show this is the case, but lane 2's arrow points toward lane 1. Restoring the worn lane guide lines would help alleviate this common occurrance. Please see the attached photo for context.

Vehicle parked on double yellows constantly, 6th March
The Audi in question either parks the vehicle across the full pavement or on double yellow lines. When parked into the road this causes a serious obstruction l, this person's vehicle has been crashed into several times due to where it is parked, as poor innocent motorists cannot see it as they come around a blind bend from chadderton towards royton.
The vehicle needs to be moved and ticketed constantly and consistently. Maybe some bollards and further double yellow lines?

Multiple large potholes up the road, 22nd February
There are many, many potholes on the road which have got much larger in just the last 2 days. These are damaging cars and also with it being a bus route is not making it better. The bus route is not my query though. The street needs thus fixing.

Parking on double yellows on a corner creating a hazard for both drivers and pedestrians, 18th January
Owner of the vehicle repeatedly parks on double yellow lines at the corner of cornish way and blackshaw lane, this is creating a hazard, people are unable to see traffic coming out of the junction, pedestrians are unable to safely cross because they can’t see if any traffic is coming and the owner is blocking residents. This happened every weekday from around 2.45pm to 3.10pm. The owner has been approached by members of the public on a few occasions and asked to park more responsibly however they ignore the request.
