90% of the lamp columns are not lit at night from J21 to Reinwood viaduct then very intermittent upto J22 with most of them in the central reservation, but yet they are on during the day sometimes. This is rather poor as they are right outside your milnrow depot. These have not worked for what feels like years, are they ever going to work? Are you going to fix the problem with the feeder pillars? Will they work when you fit them with LEDs

Road defects on entry slip to leeds, 20th April
Road it pitted with several pot holes. I reported to Rochdale council a while ago but I suspect this is your responsibility.

Danger path, 20th April
As you can see further up that the path is blocked by overgrown bushes etc. I had to walk in the road to get by. If a wheelchair user came by they would not get through and will be scratched in the face

Footpath flooded, 15th April
Drainage blocked for a while leading to this footpath being waterlogged and inches deep in mud. Footpath is unusable during winter without wellingtons and messy during summer.
Water is flowing over the path from the fields due to drainage blocked and is eroding the paths.

Large manhole cover causing noise issue again, 25th March
Once again the manhole cover between 71 and 73 is banging and causing the houses on the street to shake when large traffic passes over it, especially large vehicles. Attempts had previously been made to fix this last year (3 times at least) but it has deteriorated and failed once more. The noise is bad enough but the shaking of properties is making residents utterly miserable, there is no way of escaping this in our home, so again the sleep deprivation is making us ill. This major road has traffic all day and night so it is endless. Can anything be done to fix this, and fix it permanently? Please!

No speed restriction symbols on gantry but cameras still flashing, and flashing very randomly this morning east bound and late morning west bound this was very dangerous due to the weather conditions late morning both distracting and not slowing traffic in torrential rain

Loose drain cover, accident waiting to happen!!, 4th January
There is a drain cover outside number 12 Albert Street Milnrow which is completely loose it needs to be secured before there is an accident. It is sticking out of the pavement onto the road, therefore cars parking there are constantly dislodging it. I have checked with neighbours, and apparently it has been reported several times, with no one taking responsibility for it. If it is not local council/highways, then whose responsible??

White transit van parked on double yellow lines, 23rd December
There has been a white transit van parked on double yellow lines and blocking the pavement on Rochdale Road Milnrow OL16 3LL opposite number 119 the reg no is CX14 WHR it was reported to the police after it had been there 24 hours and nothing has changed. Its been there 48 hours now. The footpath on a main road is blocked to prams and disabled traffic
