Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 7th March
Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'I hit a pothole which could not be seen from the other side of the bend. This caused my nearside front tyre to be damaged beyond repair and the tracking to be misaligned. I was unable to pull out as there was oncoming traffic.'

Ropsley Rd from welby rd crossroads right through to Ancaster, 23rd February
The road has become extremely narrow with pot holes in it and also the road edge has been damaged by large vehicles making it a large drop of facing oncoming traffic. Passing has become very difficult due to volume of large vehicles and narrowing of the road .

Ng32 3ng, 19th February
I have reported a serious flooding problem at my property THREE times. Yesterday it flooded again. I took a video of this which i seem to be unable to load onto your site. Your response' unit turned up eight days ago and put a cone on the drain cover that keeps being dislodged by the water. That was the sum total of the response. When is this serious problem going to be attended to????????

The drain is blocked causing water to flood the road, and URGENTLY needs clearing. This has been reported before SEVERAL times. If more rain comes today we will be flooded.

Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 2nd February
Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'On my way to work at RAF Barkston Heath, and the road form Ancaster had been closed due to road works. The diversion meant going through country road, and due to the time of day (dark) I couldn't se the very condition of the road. this had been made worst by the fact that hundreds of HGVs had diverted down this small, narrow road, and there were no signs to prevent this! One HGV driver how had trouble getting by me following the incident, said that he had followed a GPS and was now committed. At one time whilst waiting for recovery there were more than 50 HGVs trying to navigate the road. I hit a huge pot hole and damaged my rear tyre beyond repair. The AA attended and recovered me to a garage for a tyre replacement.'
