Unusable pavement, 16th June
The Pavement on the side of the road travelling from Kings Clipstone to Clipstone has become over many years now completely overgrown with vegetation. In places it is now less than 30 cm wide. As a consequence our residents who require a wheel chair are unable to access the facilities at Clipstone, shops Doctors etc. The only option for them is to travel on the B6030 road itself in their wheel chairs. This has been reported multiple times. If it is not actioned then further action will be taken. It just needs stripping back to expose the existing pavement we believe. When the inevitable accident happens ???????

Selling multiple vehicles at Roadside., 6th November
Reported on behalf of residents who have complained to the Parish Council. The owner of this property, it is believed has planning permission to sell cars from the address but restrictions on only one being 'displayed' from his drive. He is displaying multiple vehicles along the whole frontage, on Highways owned land. See photot 6th November he had 6 cars on highways land and multiple on his own property, As a consequence people are stopping on the highway or blocking the only footpath. This is immediately after or prior to a blind bend and in contravention of the double white lines on the road. It is a highly dangerous situation. This has been complained about multiple times in the past. I am having difficulty making excuses on your behalf as to why no action is being taken on such a dangerous flagrant breach, which is we believe on Highways owned land. If this is not highways land then can we have that in writing please to assist in other enforcement measures being considered.
