Concrete pathway covered in debris, 19th April
On walking through the footpath through the woods I stood on a small branch/twig which caused me to fall forward, resulting in a torn coat, bloodied elbow and grazed knee. The concrete path is covered in debris with the concrete barely visible in places. Surely if this is a public walkway there should be some sort of maintenance to ensure the safety of those using it?

Multiple areas of road where top layers of tarmac have gone, 21st March
Multiple areas along this road where top layer of tarmac has eroded away. Becoming worse and posing a risk to cyclists and motorcycles. Witnessed a motorcyclist crash there bike after not missing one. Luckily oncoming traffic stopped and the rider was not run over.
Suffolk highways have previously stated not deep enough but how come when road works are being carried out and top layers of tarmac are removed you place tarmac to smooth off the sharp edge and have big ramp signs.... surely similar steps should be taken on all situations where large areas of top layers are missing to reduce risk to motorists and cyclist's.

Numerous potholes around the mini roundabout, 7th March
This section of road has been in a poor condition for at least the past year.
