There is an unloading or visitors layby in HillView Drive that is being used permanently by a resident to park his car. He already has 2 garage drives for his own use and is too lazy to use one of them. This is annoying local residents as they cannot unload their cars and go to their houses, or have friends round as they have to park elsewhere in HillView Drive. The car is a dark blue Peugot estate he has been doing this for many months, also a red escort is using it also, the owner lives at 13 The Holway.

Parking on a verge near a very busy blind corner, 1st February
This car is parking in this spot all day every Weds & most Sundays. It is causing damage to the verge, but more importantly it is in a very dangerous position just off a busy blind bend! There was a near miss today with a double decker bus & an oncoming car. This poor parking is an accident waiting to happen!
