See photograph! Aggressive notice on display, demanding that dogs "must" be kept on a lead. No relevant byelaw is in force, so there is no such requirement. Norfolk County Council need to enforce against this notice, and advise the landholder as to more appropriate wording for any notice on display on a public path.

Potential sink-hole, 11th January
Today, I discovered a substantial ’dent’ in the tarmac in the middle of the Mundesley road, between Doctor Wheelgood bicycle shop carpark (11) and SIMM’s foot clinic (13A) in North Walsham, Norfolk.
I believe it to be a sink-hole in the making.

There is a pothole just past the bridge along The Street Swafield it has been filled before & opened up again but you can’t avoid as the road is narrow
