Lack of safe footpath, 22nd January
As you walk down the old miniature railway line from the beach - the foot path is well used until you get to the end where a new path slope has been built. This has been fenced off to get to the original path and the only way to go is down a wet grassy slippy embankment. The new path takes you over the bridge into a field but not onto the old railway path.

Parking Signage, 5th February
Two car parks in Wells-next-the-Sea are on property belonging to Holkham Estate , Signage for these car parks is missleading , as they are not Public Car Parks they are not open for use 26/7/366 days a year , They have Gates which are locked at varios times depending on who is the duty gate locker , I Think the signs for these car parks should reflect this by saying "Restricted Parking" as in an "RP" signage so The General Public do not have their vehicles locked out of their accessable useage , Could The Parish & District Council Consider this alteration Request ?

Hold ups - due to HGVs not using the Loading bay and people parking directly opposite., 30th January
We are a company that moves large loads and this morning we was unable to progress along the Quayside at Wells next the Sea due to the loading bays being used and people parking directly opposite. The loading bays are on the wrong side of the road and the traffic should not be able to park directly opposite thus stopping the flow of the other traffic. As we was not able to get through this then held up everyone else. We would be grateful if this could be looked into and maybe revised so that it allows the smooth flow of other large traffic.
