I am a Norwich City Tenant. Multiple Stairwell lighting lights are not working at night time in the block of 141 to 146 Somerleyton Gardens NR2 2BS. (Outside of 146 Somerleyton Gardens is just one of them). This is dangerous and can lead to somebody falling down the stairs and needs fixing as soon as possible. I am assuming this is a Norwich City Council Buildings manager report but the website is not very informative of where to report this online so submitting here.

Insecure manhole cover, 9th May
Tried to report this problem three days ago but the website did not work properly. A manhole cover approximately 10m off of the ketts hill roundabout outside the bakery. This has been insecure for four days now and is getting worse

VERY Very noisy manhole cover, 9th May
The manhole cover just off of ketts Hill roundabout. Just outside the bakery is loose and extremely noisy This is now the third night of not sleeping because of people driving over it and it making an extremely loud metallic bang every time. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible or I will attempt to fix it myself.

Loud outdoor music from midday until 9pm, 5th May
Loud music from midday until 9pm. This is not a new problem with this venue as it is a rooftop with no soundproofing. The music is far too loud and excessive in length (9hours non stop) I suggest the council investigate and use appropriate noise detectors from residents locations to assess noise levels
