Danger on coming out of our drive, 5th March
There is a number of vehicles parked on the small grass verge to the right of my property. We are unable to see properly up the road for pedestrians and other vehicles.There was some plastic bollards on the grass originally but these seem to have been broken. This has been going on since we moved here in July 2020. Dereham Road Colkirk

Hazardous parking, 5th March
Driving out of the cul de sac on Dereham Road, there are cars parked on either side of the entrance, on the grass verges, making it difficult to see other road vehicles & pedestrians. It’s also making the road narrower for farm vehicles that travel on this road

Large pothole, 19th February
This pothole is at the entrance to the turning circle to the right hand fork of this estate and has been filled previously but is now growing in size. The left hand drain has also dropped forcing wheels to slide into the high kerbside when leaves/ice/snow are present causing significant damage to steering.

No visible signpost, where the path leaves the metalled road. The signpost needs to be readily visible FROM THE ROAD. Norfolk County Council, Please also note the requirement to include information about where the path leads to - see Countryside Act 1968 Section 27(2)(b). From here, the path leads to Oxwick. Why have you not included this information on the signpost?

Road flooded due to blocked drain after heavy rain, 10th March
Heavy rain last night has caused the road to be flooded along with some of the pavement. The surface water drain appears to be blocked. Water levels are receding very very slowly. The flooding is near to a primary school.

"Secret" Public path obstructed and invisible (Colkirk FP 7), 22nd February
Path obstructed at numerous points along its length (between the Raynham Road and its junction with Colkirk FP 8). The path is practically invisible, to all intents and purposes, a secret on the ground. Norfolk County Council, the path needs to be clearly identified on the ground, clearly signposted along its length (to a degree sufficient to enable persons unfamiliar with the locality to follow it, as per Section 27(4) Countryside Act 1968), and made free of any and every obstruction over its full legal width. No limitations are recorded in the definitive map and statement, so any structures will need to have been properly authorised under Section 147 Highways Act 1980 (and in full compliance with Section 320 thereof).

Flooding on pathway and entrance & broken street light, 16th September
Foot path floods every time it rains making it inaccessible on my mobility scooter, the entrance into the residents car park also floods. The street light sensor seems to been broken as the light remains on 24/7 and does not switch off during the day

Reflectors / Over hanging branches, 15th April
Reflectors were put in place to show the edge of the road but due to it being so narrow these reflectors have sunk back towards the ditch about half a foot leaving a muddy mess between the bank of the ditch and the edge of the road which is now deep enough for a car tyre to get stuck in. Over hanging branches above the ditch also mean small branches are often found in the road because it's so narrow traffic is forced to wait for other traffic to pass in the entrance to Timperley estate therefor momentarily blocking acces to both the neighbouring field and Timperley estate.

Crumbling unsafe pavement and road surface, 15th April
Old crumbling Tarmac has begin to come away revealing old layers leaving an uneven road surface and cracked pavements with slippery loose Tarmac pavements making it unsafe for myself; a disabled resident. The road has begin to wear through to old layers of Tarmac in certain places and the pavements have cracked and crumbled both from old age and tree roots meaning loose stones and chucks of Tarmac are part of what makes up the pavement meaning I cannot use my mobility scooter on it.
