New road surface, 16th November
The new road surface is absolutely disgusting. New entrance to the electrical works. It's more like a roller coaster ride, so uneven and bumpy. The old part of the road is great. We pay our road tax for this disgrace. Hope things get sorted.

New road surface bumpy, 16th November
The new junction has been formed for Siemens electric station. The road has been resurfaced and is so bumpy it’s ridiculous. This is a major road and should be smooth. The old road is so smooth until you hit the newly sutface section which is unacceptable

Despite me emailing you back in march, you have still to attend to the streetlight outside my property The Hollies Little Fransham, since these lights were changed this one the light arm has twisted and now faces upwards and has done for 8 months, now the dark nights are here my driveway is in complete darkness but the sky above is lit up lovely. Please attend to this in 5 business' days as you stated in the automatic email and not 8 months as it currently stands.

Insecure street light, 27th March
Following from the recent upgrade of the street lighting along the A47 it would appear that 1 light has either moved or was fitted incorrectly. The light in question is at the junction of the A47 and Station Road, it’s the 1st one from the junction in the direction of Dereham, it is also quite obvious (IMG_1684)
If it has moved after it was installed this could mean that it is not secure and in theory drop off the post
