Collapsed trench, 26th March
Roadworks carried out across the entire road has compacted from heavy HGV/Farm traffic. Trench is now dangerous for cyclists , pedestrians and motorbikes to cross due to depth of hole. NCC highways urgently need to attend and evaluate course of remedy and repair of damage to highway. (And issue relavent fines to Anglia Water for not doing the fill in correctly)

Anglia water dug a deep trench across the fields to lay a pipeline and cut across this road. The fill in has compacted/sunken 4 inches or more from heavy farm HGV road usage. They need to come back out and fill in the hole.

Blocked drains and flooding, 23rd November
Ongoing issues with blocked drains made worse by previously reported, but ultimately rejected, issue with smashed gully. There is a river currently running down Suton Lane and creating a large lake at the intersection with Suton Street. What's more concerning us that this blocked system of drains and gullies with no ultimate means of escape in to a watercourse is the overflow route for the new building development higher up on the same road.

There's a stream of water running down the road from what might be a pothole on side of road. no idea if it's run off from the field, but didn't look to be running off through the verge. Anglia Water will need to take a quick look. as it might be a leaking mains pipe.

Multiple accidents at this junction, 7th October
Hi, there have been multiple accidents at this junction, some of which have been quite severe. Our neighbours and ourselves think the issue could be easily rectified by a give way warning sign on Morleyfield Lane, 100 metres or so from the junction perhaps? at present the give way signs are only on the junction and one is obscured by a tree and fence.

Diversion, 17th September
There is no diversions signage for traffic to the A11 / spooner row /attleborough there is a sign saying un suitable for HGVs at this juncion but no sign giving directions where to go this should be marked showing route for all traffic for A11 southbound /spooner row vehicles along the B1172 london road as far as the juncion with spooner row to manage traffic correctly and not only as far as the traffic lights at wymondham . As is with the sinage from spooner row all the way to thickthorne for A11 northbound.

Foul smell from ditch adjacent to Green Farmhouse, Wicklewood., 30th June
About three years ago, a new large-bore pipe was laid by one of the local farmers, discharging into the drainage ditch adjacent to Green Farm House in Wicklewood. Since then, there has been a frequent and recurrent foul stench from this ditch. I haven't been able to find any sign of a permit for this pipe or a description of its purpose. I am concerned that some kind of raw farming effluent is being discharged into the ditch.

Pothole on back road & drainage issues after heavy rain, 11th September
Pothole in the middle of the stretch of road that tends to flood when it rains.
No idea about state of drainage around here. in really bad weather its impassable to cars, except high 4x4 and farm traffic. doesnt appear to be a cutting in the verge to allow drainage. thats been a long standing issue for over 10 years along this bit of road.
